FAQs
  1. "What size teams can we have?" Our experiences can work for 2–16 people. Smaller teams (4–6) get more intimate, deeper connection. Larger teams (8–16) get split into multiple competing groups, which adds energy and friendly competition. Choose based on what you want: close bonding or broader engagement.
  2. "How long is the experience?" Each experience runs for exactly 60 minutes. This includes a 10-minute setup/intro, 45 minutes of gameplay, and 5 minutes for results and celebration. The entire experience fits neatly into a working evening or team event schedule.
  3. "How long before the event should I book?" We recommend booking 7–10 days before your preferred session date. This gives us time to send all the boxes and ensures they arrive before your event — contact us to check availability.
  4. "How do I pay for the experience?" For businesses, we request you make an enquiry using the button above. After that, we will arrange a call to ensure all questions are answered. Then a quote and an invoice will be sent with payment details included.
  5. "What's the physical box situation? When do they arrive?" Boxes are delivered 2–4 days before your session (UK delivery) or 5–7 days (international). You'll get tracking details. They should all arrive in advance of your session and be opened during the experience.
  6. "What if our team is spread across different time zones?" We can accommodate most time zone combinations. Let us know your spread when booking and we'll find a time that works. Most sessions run 5:30–9:00pm UK time, but we're flexible.
  7. "Can we customize the experience for our team?" Yes, we can offer custom team sizes, prizes and add-ons.
  8. "What if someone can't attend on the day?" You can reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. If someone drops out closer to the date, the remaining team can still participate — the experience scales from 2–16 people.
  9. "How much preparation do we need to do?" None. We handle everything — boxes, hosting, setup. You just show up and play.
  10. "Can we run this for multiple departments or teams?" Absolutely. Many companies run several sessions. We can discuss package pricing if you want to run multiple events.
  11. "Is this actually good for team building, or just fun?" Both. The collaboration mechanic forces genuine teamwork under mild pressure — that's where real connection happens. You'll have the opportunity at the end to reflect on how well you worked together.
  12. "What if we're international or have people outside the UK?" We ship internationally. Postage costs may vary, but we can quote it when you book. Time zones are flexible — just let us know your spread.
  13. "What happens if a box gets lost in the post?" We'll arrange a replacement before the session begins at no extra cost. We use tracked delivery to minimize this risk.
